MARKET RATE RENTAL CHARGES
Rental rates for our market rate apartments range from $1,208-$1,366 with noon meal and utilities included.  Each resident is given a medical emergency pendant, the winter car care agreement (at no extra charge) is optional and the Visiting Nurse Association has an on-site office with weekly hours.

MODERATE INCOME RENTAL CHARGES

If your annual income is below $40,550 for one person or $46,300 for a two person household you may choose to be considered for one of our moderate income apartments.  Persons qualifying at this level receive the medical emergency pendant, the optional winter care agreement and access to the VNA weekly hours.  The meal plan is optional.

Based on your annual income, the Betsy Ross House offers moderate income apartments in four income rental categories.  The following is a breakdown of rental categories for one and two person households. 


Heat, hot water, electricity, maintenance and use of the laundry equipment are included in the rent.
